Fun note: We were told that in Japan, it was common to bring fruits as gifts.
Because of this, the square watermelons and fruits that are cared for individually
became very popular and are considered "fancy" gifts. Well, it's fancy alright...
At $200 each, Dangles would rather eat round watermelon for around $5!

Other than "what is there to do in Yosemite?", the next most commonly asked question is "where are you guys registered?" The short answer is: we are not registered...anywhere. Coming to Yosemite and taking time out of your busy schedule to celebrate our wedding means a lot to us. It's the perfect gift! It sounds like a cliché, but it's really true. We are excited to share a place that we love with our friends and family.
Unfortunately, this answer was not received well by a lot of people...especially those who can't make it to the wedding.
So, in order to prevent our friends and family from getting further annoyed with our answer, we have compiled a list of stores that we like as a starting point if you'd really really just want to get us something. Again, we apologize we can't provide you with a more specific registry list.
